Return of products are not accepted without valid reason.
- If the product is damaged during shipping, it's eligible for return.
- Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Products must also be in the original packaging.
- Please make a unboxing video as a proof that the product was damaged beforehand.
We will replace the products if found damaged during shipping.
If there is any manufacturing defects, then the products will be under warranty claim.

- In case of returns, If the product is not available, then refund request can be accepted.
- For online order, customer can cancel the order before shipment and will be eligible for refund.
- For preorder, customer can cancel the order before the purchase order from our suppliers.
- Cancel order button will be visible to the order page if applicable.
If the purchase was made by promo credit or balance, then refunded amount will go back to your online wallet.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Transaction processing charges by payment gateway are non refundable.
